Use any correct color; remember agreement for vermelho, amarelo, preto, branco, roxo.

muitos / muita
livros is masculine plural; ajuda is feminine singular.
3. Requests: Rewrite politely: Eu quero um café. → ___
Queria um café, por favor.
Queria is softer and more polite than quero in shops and cafés.
4. Obligation: Complete: Eu ___ comprar um adaptador.
tenho que
Tenho que + infinitive expresses obligation.
5. Translate: What is that? (far away)
O que é aquilo?
Aquilo for things far from both speaker and listener.
6. Translate: I need a red pen.
Preciso de uma caneta vermelha.
Preciso de + article + noun; vermelha agrees with caneta.
7. Translate: I'd like a coffee, please.
Queria um café, por favor.
Queria + noun is the polite order form.

Padaria = daily life SP padarias sell bread, coffee, snacks, and sometimes meals. Many Paulistanos start the day with café com leite and pão na chapa.
Politeness Always greet: Bom dia / Boa tarde before ordering. Por favor and obrigado/a matter.
Pix Brazil’s instant payment system — accepted almost everywhere in SP, including small padarias.
Celular culture You’ll use your phone constantly — for maps, Pix, delivery. Carregador and adaptador (Type N plug) are essentials.
